Stories, ships, citrus fruits and a request

I have been completely lost in the world of fanfiction lately. It started with "The Dream of One Night", then I read the one Ann-Marie recommended, and I've just been totally lost with those two and a lot more. It has been fluff, lemons, limes, exploring new ships, and two different fandoms. Plus, I've read the draft of the 12 first chapters of Midnight Sun (and it was fantastic!).

The new ships I've been exploring is Remus/something. I just have a soft spot for that werewolf, but I don't know what kind of stories I want to read about him. So I've been looking at some RL/OC and RL/HG. I like the canon RL/NT, but I DO NOT want to read fanfiction about it, I don't think I want to dig deeper into that relationship, other than the stuff from canon. I think I'm gonna try some general fics too, but then there's the fact that I don't like James, Lily or Peter, not that big a fan of fanon Sirius either. Or anything having to do with the Marauders, apart from Remus.

Anyway, drowning in fanfiction is always nice, and now it has taken my mind of certain things in my life. It's slowly getting worse and worse. It's the last thing I think about before falling asleep and the first thing on my mind in the morning. And it's invading more and more of my dreams, and that's awful, because then I have the visual in addition to the thoughts. But I'm just gonna ride it through, and hope it will go away, because I just can't do anything else. There's so much stuff I have to work out with myself first.

And now, I have a request:
I am trying very hard to find inspiration and ideas for LTEI. But it seems I'm all written out. I can't even get ideas for the ATL one shot I've been planning and working on since before ATL was even finished. So, are there anyone out there who want to help me? Anyone that has read my first series and want to help me now? I'm not looking for a co-author, just someone to pitch ideas with, someone who can get my mind working again, and be there for me whenever I get stuck in a hole devoid of anything creative. If you want to help, please send me an e-mail at admin@sinfulsanctuary.net (remember to give it a good subject, or I might think you're a spambot or something) or drop a comment with your e-mail and I will contact to you with questions to see if we can work together. The post with the preview is here: CLICKY!

I know some of my readers visit the blog from time to time, so I know some of you will read this. Hopefully someone will be able to help too!

Pictures of Lalani and me!

Here are the pictures of Lalani and me:

^The one Lalani tried to take, but she's shorter than me, so this is the funny result! (Merlin, we both got too much hair:P)

^We got our teacher to take this one, much better!

Oh, and congratulations to -

By the way: Marion got her driver's license today!!

Congratulations Marion!!!!!

Loosing track of time

We have photo and video at school now. I don't like it. Of course it was nice with a bit of refreshing of camera techniques and stuff like that, especially in studio, but our teacher is weird. I was set on not liking him when I got to school on Tuesday, and I found that I didn't like him when I saw him. But then he started teaching and I thought that he was okay. But then Pia pointed something out to me, and I started noticing things. He is weird... bit perverted too. And he reminds me more and more of Morten Krogvold, that stupid asshole. Tine, if all photographers turn out to be such assholes, I swear I'm gonna hit you so hard you have to look through the camera with your ass. I hope that's okay? I don't want you to be an asshole!

Anyway, I had a nice day with Lalani on Wednesday. She was supposed to just have two words with me before we both went home, but we just couldn't stop talking. We stood outside of school for a long time, and then decided to get something to eat and drink. So we went to Deli de Luca on Bislett and sat down there. (By the way, I recommend that new Urge to everyone, Urge Rush or something. It's on a can. The first taste is a bit strange, but it gets better and better!) Lalani and I talked and talked, about everything. And suddenly it was half past 5. So instead of taking the 13.09 train like I usually do on Wednesday, I took the 18.09 train. I had a really nice time, and it's fun to see how similar we actually are. Time really flies when you're having fun!

She has a picture of the two of us, and as soon as I get it, I'll post it.

On to fanfiction progress: I'm gonna start on chapter 8 of The Problem with Purity later. And I've made better chapter by chapter descriptions for Liberate Te Ex Inferis (called LTEI from now on), not just putting up the name of the person we're gonna learn more about. So I think it's gonna be easier to write now, it's what I did for SCHP and ATL and that turned out well.

I'm off to read now!

Too much to read

Ann-Marie recommended a fanfic for me, called "The Problem with Purity". I read the prologue and first two chapter today. Nothing much has happened, it's just a beginning without any action or very important things, but I'm hooked. It's nicely written, a bit advanced English perhaps, but that'll just help me understand the language even better. And when I think about the ships that are a part of the story, I can't help but be intrigued. How on earth will that be pulled off?

So I got a problem now, I have so many things going on at once. I'm reading The Name of the Wind, listening to Deathly Hallows and New Moon, reading The Problem with Purity, and I want to watch Twilight at least once a day. I can't do all of it at once. I probably should only read The Name of the Wind and The Problem with Purity, since I've seen and read all of the rest before. But it's all so much fun I don't want to wait with any of it.

I lost some reading time today though. We were invited to Gjestad for dinner, so I went there at 4 pm. It was nice, but I couldn't wait to get home to read more. And typical of me, now that I am home, I'm blogging and playing Ikariam instead. Guess I should end it here then.

Bye!

"Ouch, the apple stung me!"

The long weekend with the girls are over. It has been great! I'd love for them to have stayed even longer, but I guess reality has to come calling. Thankfully we'll be going to Ann-Marie's house at the end of April/beginning of May. That'll be nice, some cinema, LOTR and games!

On Thursday, Marion, Ragnhild and Heidi came around 3 pm, when I was finishing Ann-Marie's birthday cake. So we played some Bohnanza before Ann-Marie came. Then when she arrived, she opened her presents, we ate lasagne, played more Bohnanza, were creative and had some of that gigantic cake.

^Lasagne with Ann-Marie's name on it

^Special cake, just as Ann-Marie ordered. See the card with Snape on it?

^I finally remembered to use the penish shaped ice-cubes!

The next day, Friday, Ann-Marie and I got up earlier than the rest, and decided to make breakfast. Then we were ushered outside by Heidi. We went to Bingsfossen and enjoyed the weather and the view. Later we played more Bohnanza, then played more Bohnanza and watched Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire. Heidi thought we should watch that, because then she could see Viktor Krum and we could all see dear Edward as Cedric.

On Saturday we had breakfast and then got ready to go to Lillestrøm. It was time to do some grocery shopping and Heidi had to go home. So we spent some time in Lillestrøm and then came home to play more Bohnanza. We grilled hot dogs and marshmellows for dinner. That was interesting.

On Sunday we played even more Bohnanza, it's safe to say that Ann-Marie got hooked. But we also played Cluedo, Ann-Marie got hooked on that too. So hooked she decided we should make our own Cluedo, with new rooms, new weapons and us as characters. That'll be fun! To top of the weekend, we watched Twilight, to Marion, Ragnhild and my delight!

By the way, the blog title is something Ann-Marie said on Thursday, when we were making cards and being creative. She stuck her hand into a box and got stung by an apple...

Thanks for a fantastic weekend, girls! I love you all to death!

Scott's birthday

Was in Lier to celebrate Scott's birthday today! He's birthday was really earlier in March, but we were to celebrate it today. I can't ever remember how old he is, he or any of my other cousins, except Amund who is a year younger than me.

^Thomas, Tilla and Scott playing Guitar Hero

It was only me, mom, Rita, Frank, Carina and Thomas there. It was strange being so few, there's always a chaos of people whenever we get together in the family, but now we actually all fit around one table! That's rare! And I got to drive:) That's also rare! But dad was at work, and mom had been partying last night, so she wasn't exactly in the right state to drive:P We listened to Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows all the way to Lier and home again, and it was nice!

-------------

Had a really nice dream last night. About the same old same old. I'm not stuck with that bittersweet feeling, like I usually do, it tips more to the sweet side this time. It seems that everytime I dream about this, I feel that I'm not alone about it. All my other dreams, no matter how bizarre, psycho and irrational they are, I know it's just me. But whenever I dream of this, it's feels like I'm not alone. Might be because the dreams are what they are, might also be some crazy spirit torturing me. Or maybe even my helper trying to tell me something. Or not, I remember that dream when I met my helper, and it was not the same feeling. Strange. I have to do some research.

Buuuuut first, I think I have to read some fanfiction. I've become slightly obsessed with one called "The Dream of One Night". It's over on HPFF, and is written by Renfair. I've been planning on reading a Snape-central fic for a while, just in honor of Ann-Marie, and I finally got around to it a few days ago. It's incredibly long, but so beautiful. I suggest you go take a look if you're into that kind of thing.

Haven't written very much on my own fanfiction lately. Had a spur of motivation a short while ago, but it wasn't very productive. At least chapter 1 is ready. But I want to have several chapters done before I start posting. That way the wait doesn't have to be so long between chapters. It just means a longer wait before I actually start posting. A positive thing is that my phone is working fully again, I can synchronize it with the pc now, so that means I can write on the phone wherever I am and feel the creative juices flowing.

Well, that's it for now. Have a nice Saturday evening people!

I have found recipe for...

CHOCOLATE PIZZA!!!!!!

Anyone want to try it sometime????

Plans for Easter

I really think this is going to be nice Easter break. Even though I'm feeling a bit below 100 % today, I'm looking forward to what is to come. I've got today and tomorrow to just work and relax. There's not so much work, and what is is easy, so that's perfect. I hope I can convince mom to dye my hair tomorrow. And then there is a birthday on Saturday, for my cousin Scott. We'll be going to Lier to celebrate him. And I suppose that will be our annual Easter family gathering. More relaxing and time to myself on Sunday, then I'll be preparing for everyone who's coming on April 9th.

It's Ann-Marie's birthday the ninth, and she's coming up here to celebrate. I'll be baking a cake, specially ordered by her. And there'll be lasagne for dinner. Ann-Marie, Marion, Ragnhild and Heidi are certain to be there, I've invited Tine too, but she's got a of work to do, and may not have time. But I understand that. We'll be having a Lord of the Rings marathon, we'll be playing Rome, other games, doing creative things and just hanging out.

It'll be great seeing all of them again!

Weekend at Kongsvinger

I want to tell you about my weekend. It was so nice! I was only 50 kilometres away from Bjerkely! Last summer/autumn Kathinca moved to Finnskogen, and a short while ago she got an apartment in Kongsvinger, or Hokåsen. She's really lucky with her apartments by the way. She always gets a lot for the rent, low rent. Anyway, I drove up to her on Saturday, and it was so nice to take that same route over Sørumsand, Rånåsfoss, Rød, Vormsund, Skarnes and Kongsvinger. And then seeing the fabulous sign saying: "Flisa 53". Only 53 kilometres left. I drove a little bit further, then took a right and about 5 kilometres in was Kathinca's place. This apartment was much nicer than the last. Light and simple. Large livingroom, huge bathroom, okay bedroom, big storageroom. Bit crowded parking though, but that's not so important. We played games, talked about serious stuff, not so serious stuff, and just had fun. We did Earth Hour, almost forgot though, but started at 21.07 and went from there. I think we went past that 60 minutes, but that is just a good thing. On Sunday we went to Sweden, came home, made dinner and watched a movie.

I really hope it won't be so long until next time. Because last time I saw her was before she first moved from Lillestrøm. So much has happened since then. She seemed very happy, and I'm glad about that. She has a boyfriend, and it was so nice to see her light up when she talked about him. I feel that I'm a bit envious, not jealous, envious.

Speaking of that, she said I should go for it. Just take the leap and see where it leads. And I shouldn't care about the circumstances, and what others would think. But I'm not so sure. If there were just some slight changes in the entire situation, I wouldn't think twice about going for it, but as it is now, I can't bring myself to do it no matter how much I want to. A very very very VERY obvious sign would be nice! If there's any spirits/energies/beings out there listening to online prayers.

Enough of that, Easter break now. That's nice. Relax, write fanfiction, have fun with my girls! See, the house will be full on Thursday, Ann-Marie's birthday, and untill Sunday I think. I can't wait!!

And that's enough blogging for today. It's been a long week so far, I'm extremely tired, and just want to hit the pillow and dream very sweet dreams.

So, goodnight all!

PS! I might post some picture from the weekend at Hokåsen, if I find any worth posting. Both me and Kathinca hate being in front of the camera, but I tried to take some pictures at least.
